Pediatric Psychiatry Services in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine, FL

I offer specialized child and adolescent psychiatry services in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine, FL. Often parents will search for a pediatric psychologist, child behavioral, adolescent therapist, or teenage counseling when psychiatry is actually necessary. As an experienced psychiatrist, my responsibility is to provide support and treatment through medication management (only if indicated) and psychotherapy for various mental health disorders and conditions such as:

Children Playing Ball
  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Depression
  • Adjustment Disorders
  • Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD)
  • Anxiety Disorders
    • – Generalized Anxiety
    • – Social Anxiety
    • – Separation Anxiety
    • – Panic Disorder
    • – School and Sports (Performance-Related Anxiety)
My philosophy of care is to make the safety of your child a priority. In cases where medication management is indicated, I will discuss in detail the benefits and risks of any treatment plan. Patient treatment (therapy vs medication or both therapy + medication) is informed by your child’s individual needs or level of severity. I will guide and support parents and patients, as I also like to implement therapy.
